Used Restaurant Equipment

By Kristy Annely Used restaurant equipment is appliances that have been used in restaurants and which have been refurbished for use once again. Running a restaurant business is not an easy undertaking. It requires lots of effort and time in order to push through with the plan. And, of course, you have to consider your finances. Do you have enough funds for your proposed business? If you do not have, then you have to take some measures in order to save from costs. And one of the things that you can consider is by looking into used restaurant equipment. With the continuous increase in prices of brand new restaurant equipment these days, it certainly makes a lot of sense to buy used models. If you are looking for better quality restaurant equipment that lasts longer but you do not have a huge budget, used restaurant equipment is a good option for you. Many manufacturers nowadays produce high performance restaurant equipment. However, you still have to consider a lot of things before buying one. One of the things that you should consider is the cost for repairs in case your used restaurant equipment starts malfunctioning. The problem with buying used equipment is that you can never see the most important components. So, there is no way that you can effectively inspect the inside of the equipment such as the refrigerator and the air conditioning system. Buying used restaurant equipment can have both advantages and disadvantages. It is important to weigh the pros and cons carefully before investing in equipment. Restaurant Equipment provides detailed information on Restaurant Equipment, Used Restaurant Equipment, Wholesale Restaurant Equipment, Restaurant Equipment And Supplies and more. Forward Thinkers Stay Ahead of the Curve

By Alicia Smith What is it like from a marketing perspective to be yesterdays news? We rely on what is tried and true in marketing because it is usually safe, tried, and tested. It saves us time, as well, since we dont have to put on our creativity cap to craft an innovative strategy. But, theres a certain attractive quality around someone who markets his or her business on the edge. They stretch their thoughts and ideas into new territories to create an innovative way of packaging or presenting their product or service. Shifting ourselves to be forward thinkers, one step ahead of everyone else when it comes to marketing our business might be something to consider when attracting new customers and clients. Here are some ways to add some zip to your marketing. 1. Try a new mental environment. Involve yourself in new mental environments. Read different materials or magazines. Take a class in creativity or in an area completely unknown or outside of your general interest area. Or, better yet, find a coach who works on the cutting edge to experience their way of thinking. 2. Consider other industries and study how they market to their customers. How do pharmaceutical companies market? How do construction materials companies market to homebuilders and real estate developers? How do Realtors market to their home buying and selling prospects? What tools and techniques are they utilizing that you might capitalize on and try in your business? Consult trade magazines or make contacts in different industries and find out how they market to their clientele. 3. Take a look at fads. As a forward thinker, look at the current trends and see where they can take your business. When PDAs first appeared, all sorts of businesses were scrambling to create software that was compatible with this new technology. From those new innovations, many new types of software and other electronic devices were created. MP3 technology really pulled the invention of the IPOD forward. What new trends or fads do you see out there? 4. Stay one step ahead. There are many benefits to staying in the future with regard to marketing. You do this by reading widely, networking with people in a variety of industries, and spending quality time thinking about where you want to take your business. The future is all about possibility thinking. Let the future pull you forward to success. 5. Revise your vision. As you uncover new information that would be helpful to your business, make sure that you revise your vision of your business. Its vital that you keep your plans for the future up-to-date. Review your business plan with frequency, no less than quarterly to ensure that it is still on target with your vision, mission, and most importantly with what your clients or customers most want. 6. Be willing to risk. Part of staying ahead when it comes to marketing is to adopt a mental attitude that you are willing to take risks, whether it result in great rewards, or equally great failure. While you should do the proper research, check facts, and craft detailed plans for all of your marketing efforts, you must be prepared for the risks associated with anything that you do. By engaging in future thinking, possibility thinking, you might be risking failure that your clients or customers just arent ready for it. But, at the same time, youll be making great strides if they are. You may become a trendsetter in the market place, a very nice place to be. 7. Stand strong. We can all agree that being a forward thinker involves a great deal of risk both on the upside and the downside to your business bottom line. You also need to be prepared for the effect it might have on your ego. When you put yourself out there with new marketing ideas, you need to be prepared for not only the criticism that you will receive from envious competitors, but also the praise and congratulations that will come from others. Dont take it personally. Its just business. 8. Change your physical surroundings. Its amazing how much our environments can influence not only our health and happiness, but also the thoughts that we think. Try changing your physical environment and see what new ideas might come to mind. Take a walk in the park or go for a drive in the country. If you cant get away, enjoy a bubble bath by candlelight. Nature or natural settings are usually quite inspirational to most people and might be just what you need to come up with your next great idea. 9. Be ready. Forward thinkers have a natural mindset that is open to accepting great success coming their way. They dont think about how or why they cant do something, but how and why they can. Their attitude is one geared towards seeing the abundance in everything around them and to expecting more in the future. This momentum carries through into all of their marketing efforts. 10. Expand your vocabulary. As previously mentioned, forward thinkers read widely. Continually challenge yourself to adopt new words to describe what you do. At one time, computer IT firms were referring to themselves as factories. That seemed to appeal to their clientele at the time. What words from other disciplines or industries might add an interesting angle to your marketing? If you cant find the right words to describe your product or service, try inventing some. Be creative. 11. Learn from the past. While forward thinkers do spend a lot of time in the future, they can also come up with great marketing ideas by looking to the past. Skim history books, read biographies of great men and women, or ask elderly folks about what life was like in the past. The new insight that you gain might be just the thing that leads to a new marketing campaign, product or service idea. While the future is where its at, there might be some valuable ideas in the past. 12. Be free of the burdens of the past. Acknowledging the past is great, but living in it as a marketer can mean the demise of your business. Free yourself from well-worn ways that dont bring you the results that you need. If your industry is saturated with a particular idea or product, think of ways to re-invent it. Dont do the same things that you did in the past if they arent getting you the results you desire. And, even if they are, what innovation might you make which would produce even better results? 13. Check your thoughts at the door. Forward thinkers look at each marketing challenge on its own merits. Dont get mired in preconceived notions about the way the next marketing idea might turn out based upon your past results. Instead, look to the future with excitement. The future is yours to create how it looks is up for grabs. 14. Continue to develop yourself. Strengthen your personal foundation. As you change yourself, you will change the thoughts you think and the things you create for your business. As you evolve, your business evolves. 15. Make change your friend. Forward thinkers embrace change. They know that to get from today to tomorrow that they will need to make changes in the ways they think about and market their business. Instead of fearing change, welcome it with open arms. You never know what incredible opportunity might await you. Copyright 2004 Alicia Smith Consulting & Training. All Rights Reserved. Relationship Advice: The Why and the What of Making Things Better in Your Relationship

By Jeff Herring A common piece of relationship advice I give to the couple whom I coach is to avoid concentrating on the topic of why things are so bad and concentrate on the what of what are we going to do about it. This happens with so many couples and it gets them in trouble. The pop psychology of our culture has taught us that if can figure out the why of something then we can either fix it or it will just magically go away. In relationships most bad things do not go away on their own. This is especially true when couples have drifted apart. It takes conscious attention and intention to get things back on track. Let’s take a look at the dangers of focusing on the why is this happening and the benefits of concentrating on the what are we going to do about it. Dangers of the Why Figuring out the why lulls you into a false belief that you have actually accomplished something. We tend to think that if we know why someone is doing something that things will just magically change. Creates a blaming and defensiveness cycle that is tough to break Focuses on the past which is something we can do nothing about Leads to excuses not to change. As in “Well, I can’t help because of (fill in the blank with whatever bad stuff happened to you as a kid). Leads to a shirking of responsibility for change. As in “If only you would (fill in the blank) everything would be just fine.” Not much hope here. Benefits of the What Focuses on the present and the future, both of which we can do something about. Can give clear direction for what to do to make the relationship better. Avoids the blame game. Helps each person to take responsibility for their part and the responsibility to do something about it. Can be done in small, manageable steps, or as Bill Murray said in “What About Bob” - “baby steps, baby steps, baby steps.” Lots of hope can be found here. If this sounds like something your relationship needs, it may be time to hire a good relationship coach. Most therapists focus on understanding the past, while a good relationship coach will help you focus on what to do now to create the kind of relationship in which you would like to live. Easy Weight Loss Tips, or, Baby Steps to Fitness

By Cody Johnson How many of you made a resolution to make this the year that you were going to eat healthy, exercise, lose weight, and get into shape? Okay, now let me ask, how many have given up? I was an overweight teenager, who slimmed down naturally when puberty’s vile clutches finally loosed their grasp on me at what seemed like the age of 21. By vile clutches, I’m not really saying puberty is a bad thing, but if you describe the process of the blossoming you went through as an adolescent in vague terms, it would make an cool plot for a horror movie. You know, sprouting hair, oozing boils, urges to do things that made you go eew the day before. Oh, wait, let me get back on track. Even though I didn’t have any serious weight problems, after the aforementioned period of adolescence, I wasn’t in the best of shape, and going to college and having to live on my own with all my time going towards studies, classes, and work, and being able to only afford cheap processed junk foods to eat, I was left in awful shape. I was flabby, inflexible, had poor endurance, and was very physically weak. And when I tried to exercise, bad things ensued. Let me ask you this. Did you wake up January 2nd (because you were naturally hungover on January 1st), go to the weight bench and set of barbells in your basement, or the gym, and undertake a 1-2 hour lift & grunt session when you hadn’t worked out in months, or even years, or even EVER? How did you feel the next day? You wished you were dead, didn’t you? I feel you, because I’ve been there many a time. I would workout for an hour or two, going at what I thought was a reasonable, not too difficult level, but the day after I would be so sore and in so much pain, I could barely get out of bed, and the the soreness would last, sometimes for up to a week after. Needless to say, I wasn’t very eager to duplicate this process again, but a few months later, I would repeat it all over. And this was following programs designed SPECIFICALLY FOR people who were beginners or out of shape! The problem with many of these books and programs is that they were designed by men and women who have been well conditioned athletes since they were in junior high, who got their degrees in personal training, or sports science, and who have basically never been out of shape a day in their life and have no idea of what being sore the day after a workout is like. One incident sticks out particularly well in my mind. I had read Body for Life by Bill Phillips. It was chock full of success stories from people who were very overweight, out of shape, unhealthy, what have you, and their 12-week before and after photos, were unbelievable. So, I decided to follow the program, and on my first day, I attempted to follow the basic weightlifting program that the book laid out. Well, I couldn’t even finish the workout designed for the beginners! It would begin with the first set of the exercise as primarily a warmup set, with a high number of reps and a light to medium weight. Then you did another set, with less reps and more weight. Then you did another set with even more weight, then another, adding more weight each set until you completed five sets of the exercise, not including the warmup! I was too FATIGUED to go on after the third exercise! And the next day, my arms were so sore, stiff, and painful that it seriously, literally, and all sorts of other words to say I’m not lyin’ or exaggeratin’, took TWO MINUTES to straighten my elbows. How many of you have done this? Keep giving up, because it doesn’t feel worth it, but try again after a while and end up doing the same thing over and over again? The REAL KEY to taking charge of your health for the better lies in these two words, you don’t need a pen and paper handy, because you hear them all the time. The real key lies in BABY STEPS. It’s the small things you can do for your health that will make the biggest difference. And no, it may seem like they won’t give you the fastest result, but think about it this way: What’s going to get you in shape faster? Walking short distances instead of driving, and cutting cookies and junk food out of your diet and doing this EVERY DAY because it’s something you can do? Or is it hitting the weights hard with a new program, then being too sore to move the next day, giving up, and eating a slice of cake and not repeating the process for three or four months, or even longer? Makes a lot of sense doesn’t it? When you achieve the fitness level required to do hard workouts, then you can do them without discouragement. But here’s a list of the small things you can do in the meantime, that will make the biggest differences in your fitness in the end. Drink more water. Anyone can tell you this, but it’s true. I was reading an article once in fashion magazine geared toward teenage girls (don’t ask why) that said that this was an outdated rule, and with the amount of bottled drinks and coffee beverages we drink a day, it’s really not necessary. I couldn’t help but laugh at this statement because for one thing, coffee is a diuretic, and takes more water out of your body than it puts in. Try to get in at least 8 preferably more, cups (as in 8 ounces) a day of pure water. And for every amount of coffee, tea, or soda, drink an equal sized amount of water. Most people today are walking around in a some state of dehydration, and dehydration is actually a major cause of headaches, muscle stiffness and soreness, poor digestion, and a range of other problems. And it’s really not that hard to get two quarts of water in a day. Drink two cups at breakfast, two at lunch, two with dinner, and spread the remaining two out during the day. Your body actually loves water, and even though YOU may not crave it, your body does, and will drink it. Cut back on, or give up soda. Yup, I said it. If you drink one cup (as in eight ounces, not one Mega-Thirsty-Quencher-Bucket from the convenience store) of soda a day, that adds up to a ten pound weight gain in a year. Now, how many ounces do those movie theater or gas station sized cups run? Oh, between 44-64 ounces. How many of those do you drink in a day? Now, I’m not saying give up entirely, because sometimes a nice crisp, refreshing cola hits the spot. That’s what a cheat day is for, and I’ll talk more about those a little later, but for now, mull over that soda tidbit. And don’t think diet soda either, there isn’t a health expert on the planet who would drink a diet soda over a regular one. What can you drink instead? There’s water, 100% fruit juice (there can be more calories than soda in 100% juice , but the benefits of drinking it far outweigh the calorie count, unlike soda), and tea, hot or iced (avoid the bottled teas because they usually contain lots of corn syrup and other refined sugars) Skip the Starbucks. Some of you gasp. When most people think mocha they’re thinking coffee. Well, a mocha is basically a hot chocolate with espresso in it, that’s the truth of the matter. And how many of these do people drink in a day, not to mention how big? Your 20 ounce mocha or latte contains 16 or more grams of fat from the whole milk (which is what you’re getting if you don’t specify nonfat), plus the additional fats and sugars from the chocolate sauces and syrups. Not to mention how much water the concentrated espresso flushes out of your body. If you must have caffeine, go for drip coffee with a little sugar and nonfat milk, and don’t forget to drink an equal amount of water. And your wallet will thank you too. A cup of drip coffee costs two or three dollars less than a mocha of the same size. Add that up. Quit smoking. The benefits to your health and overall state of well-being are incalculable. I’m not going to tell you how to quit, because there are many ways to do it, starting with simply not buying cigarettes, but I digress. Here’s how quitting smoking will tie into other aspects of your health. You will find that your lung capacity improves and your breathing becomes easier, leading to more endurance for exercise. Your muscle recovery time is improved, which means less soreness and stiffness. I know doctors who refuse to operate on patients unless they have been smoke free for AT LEAST a year. What does that tell you about recovery time? And think of how much money you would save. I live in a part of the country where the cigarette tax puts a pack anywhere between five to eight dollars. FIVE TO EIGHT DOLLARS! People scrape by, living on Ramen noodles so they can buy cigarettes. Think of all the ways THEIR health would improve if they quit. They would not only have better lung capacity and muscle recovery, but they would have more money to spend on better food. And they would fell happier because they’re not eating such crappy food! And here’s another bit of information that I just feel like getting off of my chest: yes, I eat meat, and am often criticized for doing so by people I know who are vegetarians, and I find it easy to say back to them I don’t take health advice from people who deliberately and habitually inhale burning tar, arsenic, hydrogen cyanide and ammonia into their lungs, mmmkay?. Walk short distances instead of drive. You might know about this one, but there’s a good chance you don’t practice it. Why don’t you? It’s easy, just give yourself an extra 20-30 minutes, or however long you need, depending on your level of fitness. If there are say, a lot of hills, or no distances short enough that your fitness level can take you, don’t sweat it, just talk a ten minute walk around your block every day and build up. You can also even park farther away from the mall entrance, and take the stairs instead of the elevator. If you can manage a few flights, why not? Don’t buy cookies, chips, or candy. If you skip the inner aisles at the grocery store (where the heavily processed foods are often located) and stick to the outer (where fresher less processed foods are kept), you might find yourself buying healthier food. And if you don’t buy the unhealthy junk foods, you won’t have them in your house to tempt you. Get more than the daily recommended servings of fruits and vegetables. The USDA guidelines recommend five-a-day, and I know you see the posters plastered everywhere at the grocery store when you go shopping. I recommend getting at least two servings more. And you should be selecting produce in a fresh or minimally processed state. For those of you who have an issue with the expense of buying fresh produce, you can buy canned and even frozen fruits and vegetables provided they are packed in their own juices with no added salts, sugars, and minimal or no preservatives. Now, I’m not a vegetarian, and some of you may not be either, but the benefits of fresh produce are outstanding. Every few weeks, I go on a three day fast where I eat nothing but fruit (no vegetables) and lots of it. The natural acids, sugars, antioxidants, and phytonutrients cleanse and purify your whole system, and by the time the third day is over, you feel clean, refreshed, and rejuvenated (even though you would kill for a cheeseburger). It’s a great jump start for any weight loss program Quit Drinking. Now, I do enjoy a nice scotch, so you know I’m not moralizing here. Alcohol contains a lot, and I mean, A LOT, of calories. One shot of liquor (which is 1.5 oz.) can contain between 90-150 calories depending on proof. Whether, it’s whiskey, vodka, or gin doesn’t change the amount much, but proof does. And 12 ounces of beer, can contain between 130-200 calories. Not that you drink as much alcohol as you do, soda, ( and if you do, you’re reading the wrong article) but 8 ounces of liquor contains something like 400 calories. Not to mention the damage to your liver. Take up a fun, active hobby. This may be somewhat limited by your current level of fitness, but do what you can. Take a yoga class, or martial arts lessons, or fencing, or rock climbing, if you can manage it. Basically, the point is to try an active activity like a sport, exercise, or dance class that you have always wanted to do, or even just be interested in. This may be a lot for your body to handle, and you may feel like you have when you’ve been sore in the past, but it’s a lot more fun than lifting weights in the basement, and these are often awesome forms of exercise and a way to fitness in themselves, without having to use weights or anything strictly workout in the future. And you may find that you absolutely love it and develop a real passion for it. Those are just a few tips for you to take into account. But now, I have a small challenge for you. I want you to think of as many other baby steps that you can, something small that will make a positive impact on your health that you can commit to. You will find over time, that these baby steps will be able to turn into bigger ones. Visit my blog at fitnesstipsfree.blogspot.com for great tips, info, and product reviews! Dating After 40: Women’s First-Date Blunders

By R.L. Morgan In “First-date red flags that this guy isn’t for you” I talked about what men do that tell you he should be released back into the dating pool. But I’ve been curious what women do that make a man say, “She’s not for me.” Of course, everyone has their individual deal breakers, so I interviewed a few single guy pals to see if there were some common behaviors that drove them batty. Here’s what I gleaned. * Telling your date you’ve talked about him to your mother. It assumes too much permanency before even meeting. He’ll assume you want to marry him as quickly as possible. “You can hear the bear trap starting to close,” says my friend Bruce. * Sharing your baggage. Women disclose too much too soon. Save it for the second or subsequent dates. If you share too much on the first date, he’ll question your judgment about how much you tell a stranger in any situation. Hold on to see if there’s enough interest for a second date, then you can begin to slowly let your baggage come out. * Telling him your procreation time line. You tell him you want to have a baby within a year - on the first date? Watch this man run from the building. * Coming on too strong sexually. Men have shared that some women talk about sex or are too aggressive and physical on the first date, kissing, rubbing and trying to seduce a man who isn’t interested in being seduced - at least not at a first meeting. Of course, a few like it! * Nitpicking his values, life style or behaviors. If you don’t like something, decide if you can live with it or suggest changing it later, not the first date! If you can’t live with it, don’t accept a second date. * Bashing men. It seems both genders like to tell stories about their exes or bad dates. However, if you say things like, “All men want is sex,” or “Men are such jerks” you are lumping your date in with the others who’ve wronged you. No one likes to be stereotyped without a chance to show he’s not like the others. * Primping at the table. Some men despise when a woman freshens her makeup at the table or brushes her hair in a public place. Excuse yourself to the ladies room. * Ordering expensive dishes then not eating them. Women have the rap of constantly being on a diet so pick at their food. It irritates guys when a woman orders an appetizer, salad and lobster and only eats a little of each. If you know you are a light eater, offer to share something with him. Only order what you can realistically make a dent in. He’s also not fond of your taking home a doggie bag, as he feels he’s underwriting your next meal. * Drinking too much. No one likes to be around someone who’s sloshed. Limit your alcohol consumption to one or two. * Talking incessantly or loudly. It seems some women (and some men, too) are afraid of dead air. A pause once in a while is a good thing, as is asking him questions about his opinions and life, as long as you don’t interrogate him. Also, men complain that some women don’t know how to keep their voices down, and the increased volume comes across shrill. R.L. Clay Pot Crafts: Make a Bell for the Porch

By Paul Duxbury Clay pot crafts are a cute way to make home decorations. In clay pot crafts, clay flower pots can be crafted into a variety of decorative things that appeal to gardeners. Usually, the crafter begins with new pots. The pots are often decorated with paint as well as being tied together with rope or cord to create things. Pots for clay pot crafts can be purchased in many different sizes, from tiny ones not more than 2 inches in diameter, to huge ones over a foot across. For a beginning project, start with smaller pots. The beginner should also choose clay pot crafts that don’t use too many pots in too elaborate a design. An example of a good craft for someone new at clay pot crafts is to make a bell from two clay pots. Buy one pot that is about five or six inches in diameter, and another that is very small. You will use the small one as the clapper for the bell. You will also need some decorative cord, two large wooden beads, and paint in desired colours. You may also wish to purchase some glue-on jewels to decorate the bell. The bell makes a nice decoration for a front porch. Cut the cord two feet (60 cm.) long. Fold the end over 3 inches (8 cm.) and tie in an overhand knot, making a loop. This loop is for hanging the bell from a hook or a nail. Now turn the larger clay pot upside-down. Pass the loose end of the cord down through the hole in the pot. Lay the pot on its side and slide one of the large wooden beads up the cord until it is about 10 inches (25 cm.) from the loose end. Now tie the cord around the bead so that the bead cannot slip from its position on the cord. If you have done this correctly, you can lift the pot by the loop. In clay pot crafts, the beads must be large enough to stop the cord from going through the hole in the bottom of the pot. On the loose end of the cord, you are going to attach the small pot in the same way. Slide the small pot up the cord to make it easier to tie the other large wooden bead on the end of the cord. Now when you lift the entire arrangement by the loop, the smaller pot should hang freely inside the larger pot, making a pleasant sound when it claps against the larger pot. Decorate the outside of the larger pot with paint as desired. You may like to paint it in black and white patches for a Holstein cow theme. You may also like to decorate the top of the bell with silk or dried flowers and greenery and a ribbon bow. For a variation on this craft, make three of the bells and hang them from a horizontal piece of driftwood or other interesting piece of natural wood. When making hanging clay pot crafts, always make sure the beads are large enough and are tied tightly in place, because the clay pots will break if they fall to the ground. Other clay pot crafts include making a large doll or scarecrow of nested pots strung together and painted. The doll can sit on a chair or a step of the front porch. Paint his face to look like a scarecrow, a jack-o-lantern, a gnome, or a child. Clay pot crafts are especially suited to being displayed outside. How To Maintain Your Ideal Weight

By Margo Courtney The main reasons most people have difficulty maintaining their ideal weight are : Overeating Lack of willpower Eating fattening foods Weight Loss products that help take weight off, but cannot maintain it Its all just too hard calorie counting, exercise, too tired, too busy I dont look too bad do I? All too often, people succeed in losing weight, only to put it all back on again once the diet is over. Yo-yoing is a familiar story amongst dieters. They find a diet or a magic product guaranteed to make them lose weight, and launch into it full of confidence that this is it. This time it will happen, this time it will stay off and the quick fix will last forever. BUT it doesnt, and here they go again, on another search for THE best way to lose weight. But it doesnt have to be like that. The dictionary definition of diet states it is 1. the kinds of foods that a person habitually eats and 2. a special course of food to which a person is restricted. It is the application of the second definition that causes yo-yoing. Fad diets, weight loss products, pills, surgery, and punishing exercise routines are all meant to be temporary. Continuing any of them is a medical risk. Many weight loss products have unhealthy side effects and should not be continued for long periods. In fact it is better to not use them at all. The best way to lose weight and keep it off is to follow a food system as in definition 1, establishing good eating habits that can then be maintained easily once the ideal weight is achieved. Eating and drinking healthy foods regularly, in a sensible way, then becomes a way of life. Not only will weight be lost, it can easily be maintained. Increased health and vitality will also result, with many benefits. Easier said than done, I hear you say. What about cravings, and chocolate, and yummy cakes? I dont have any willpower over food! Making a decision to lose weight is the very first step. Choose a good time to start where there will be no distractions or temptations. Undergo a juice detox to kick-start your weight loss and clear out many of the toxins in your body that are slowing you down, and urging you to eat more rubbish. Some chemicals in foods are addictive, as soon as those chemicals are removed through a detox, the addiction will also disappear. Continue to drink one or two freshly made juices on a daily basis to slowly continue the detox Eat wisely and in smaller portions, which will be much easier once the stomach has shrunk, and once your body and mind is clearer and free of many of the toxins.
